Xbox Series S: Now £199, until Christmas

Share the love...

It’s not too long ago that the Xbox Series S was available for £189, but if you missed out on the bargain of the year for console gamers, there’s good news because the Xbox Series S is now available for £199 and will stay that way until Christmas.

Over on Amazon.co.uk the Series S has already been reduced, so if you’re still looking for Christmas presents, now is a great time to jump in.

The Xbox Series S is without a doubt the best bargain in gaming, (I’ve personally replaced my 1660ti, 16gb laptop with a Series S as my second machine, and it provides a much more stable (and accessible) gaming experience than the £800 laptop ever did.
Sure it might not have the “PC” depth of a laptop, but when I made a profit by selling the gaming laptop and getting a Series S and a more average laptop, it was definitely the right decision for me.

The main pull of the Series S is a cheap entry point into next-gen gaming, and with less than 20,000 units between Xbox, Sony and Nintendo for most consoles sold in 2022, this could be the move that positions Xbox back at the top of the pile, especially with the Xbox Series X/S outselling the PS5 over Black Friday and the release of game of the year loser, God of War Ragnarok.
